We have a social studies test over the Economy of Michigan on Friday, March 3rd. A study guide will be coming home on Monday. Please be sure your child is reviewing the information each night this week. Thank you! Math Update We are moving onto a new unit in math. In this unit, Relating Multiplication to Division, students will learn about and use the relationship between multiplication and division, place value understanding, and the properties of operations to multiply and divide whole numbers within 100. They will also represent and solve two-step word problems using the four operations. Upcoming Events: February 23rd and 24th - 1/2 Days - Parent Teacher Conferences March 3rd - 1/2 Day - End of 2nd Trimester Parent Teacher Conferences Winter parent teacher conferences are happening now. We have two half days this week on Thursday and Friday for conferences. Emails have been sent to those families we would like to meet with at this time. If you didn't receive an email, but have concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your child's teacher.  Math Test This Week We will be wrapping up our unit on geometric shapes, area, and perimeter this week and will have a unit test this Friday.
