Report Cards
Report cards will be sent home this week. On the SJPS 4-1 scale, a level 3 is our target and represents a high level of achievement. There will be very few 4's, as a level 4 indicates performance well beyond grade level expectations and in some cases, a level 4 is not possible. The rubrics are very informative for you as a parent. You are encouraged to review these and become familiar with the grade level standards for your child. If you have any questions regarding your child’s report card please feel free to email me. Thank you for all you do to support your child’s learning at home!
Clorox Wipes/Kleenex
Our classrooms are running very low on Clorox Wipes and Kleenex again. If you are able, we would appreciate any donations you could send. Thank you so much!
March is Reading Month
Third grade is sharing in the love of books by participating in a March Reading Madness Tournament of Books. Fiction and Nonfiction will face off in this tournament as we read a variety of both throughout the month and vote on our favorites. Here are the books that we'll be sharing throughout the month.
